Granola

Lightly sweetened and toasted in an air fryer

Ingredients

Dry

  • 220g rolled oats

  • 32g of sunflower/pumpkin seeds

  • 16g of flax seeds

  • 32g unsweetened coconut flakes 

  • 2g of fine sea salt

  • 16g of sesame seeds

  • 65g nuts

Wet

  • 22g oil

  • 60g honey

  • 15g vanilla extract

  • 22g peanut butter

Other

  • 60g dried fruit

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl

  2. Mix all wet ingredients in a small mixing bowl

  3. Combine dry/wet ingredients

  4. Bake in an air fryer safe container at 200°F(93°C) in 10-minute intervals until toasted

  5. Transfer granola into a container and add dried fruit. Mix well.
