Different tea blends I make and enjoy

Tummy Tea

Ingredients (approx)

  • 40% Dried Ginger Root

  • 25% Chamomile

  • 25% Spearmint

  • 10% Dandelion Root

Add-ins (optional)

  • Dried Orange Peel

  • Rock Sugar / Honey

Water Temperature

  • 212º F / 100º C

Brew Time

  • 10 minutes

For a 24 oz / 710 ml Teapot

1 tbsp ginger, ½ tsp chamomile, ½ tsp spearmint, ¼ tsp dandelion root

For an 8 oz / 236 ml Mug

¾ tsp ginger, ½ tsp chamomile, ½ tsp spearmint, ¼ tsp dandelion root

Jujube Date Tea

For 12 oz / 355 ml

Ingredients

  • 6 Jujube Dates, cut in half (see note)

  • 3 Rosebuds

  • 1 tsp Dried Ginger Root

  • 6 Goji Berries

Water Temperature

  • 212º F / 100º C

Brew Time

  • 5 minutes

Note

Soak the dates in hot water for about 5 minutes to soften them and make cutting easier.

Cooling Tea

Ingredients (approx)

  • 50% Dried Chrysanthemum Flowers

  • 25% Lemon Balm

  • 25% Spearmint

Add-ins (optional)

  • Hibiscus Blossom

  • Rock Sugar / Honey

Water Temperature

  • 212º F / 100º C

Brew Time

  • 10 minutes

For a 24 oz / 710 ml Teapot

1½ tsp chrysanthemum, ¾ tsp spearmint, ¾ tsp lemon balm

For an 8 oz / 236 ml Mug

1 tsp chrysanthemum, ¼ tsp spearmint, ¼ tsp lemon balm

Sleepy Tea

Ingredients (approx)

  • 40% Chamomile

  • 25% Lemongrass

  • 25% Spearmint

  • 10% Valerian Root

Add-ins (optional)

  • Lavender Buds

  • Rosebuds

  • Dried Orange Peel

  • Rock Sugar / Honey

Water Temperature

  • 212º F / 100º C

Brew Time

  • 10 minutes

For a 24 oz / 710 ml Teapot

1 tbsp chamomile, ½ tsp lemongrass, ½ tsp spearmint, ¼ tsp valerian root

For an 8 oz / 236 ml Mug

Barley/Corn Tea

  • 50% Whole Toasted Barley Tea (Grains)

  • 50% Whole Corn Tea (Grains)

  • 212º F / 100º C

  • 30 minutes
