Introduction
In this project, I designed an automated system for a recruiter working at CS Contract Solutions [Telecommunications Services Vendor]. I began the design process by observing the recruiter and having her narrate to me the tasks that she’s engaging in. Following observation, I interviewed her about aspects that she enjoyed in her work and aspects that she wished she could change.
