Home Studio Etiquette Requests...

In an attempt to create a space with minimal distractions to encourage calm & relaxation for all participants it is asked that the following are observed

  • Arrive early enough to set up & begin on time. Front door opens 15 minutes prior to class start.

  • Leave shoes, phones & extra belongings outside of the studio. Hooks, shelves & coat racks are all available for your storage needs.

  • If you have a question related to class feel free to bring it up but otherwise limit additional conversation while in the studio

  • Practice considerate hygiene.

  • Avoid heavy perfume/cologne. It is a small space & deep breathing is encouraged. That little Christmas tree-shaped air "freshener" is more of a neurotoxin dispenser…

Bombarding your senses not with freshness, but with chemicals that can lead to headaches, brain fog, and fatigue before your day has even started.

    But it gets worse because…

These chemicals are hormone disruptors and cause a whole host of problems.

Having trouble losing weight? Get rid of the hormone disruptors.

Seriously, don’t take my word for it. Research the chemicals in these things and I promise you won’t touch these ever again.--Dr. Pompa
