If you are looking to stay up all night and be left rethinking everything you just read, then this book is for you. Follow the story of Alicia Berenson, a young woman who murdered her husband, told throiugh the eyes of her therapist Theo.
This book has the craziest plot twists, and will definitley leave you wanting more!
American Dirt

I read this book over winter break and was immediately hooked. Cummins' American Dirt is a fast-paced, intense novel that uncovers the harsh realities of what hundreds of thousands must face to escape violence in Mexico and Central America.
The story follows a young boy, Luca, and his mother as they flee Acapulco, Mexico after their entire family was murdered by the cartel. The book is very insightful and eye opening to the events that many family experience when living in cartel run areas.
