I worked closely with the Anheuser-Busch logistics department and the delivery routing app team, employed by Anheuser-Busch, to investigate how to utilize the app to maximize drivers' productivity. After analyzing all the delivery routes from the first 6 months of this year, I created an actionable plan to reduce costs by >$7000.
In my sophomore fall, I had the privilege to work with a global beverage company, and the client's goal was to recapture the Gen-Z market. I evaluated different marketing strategies and conducted focus groups, and then I synthesized the research into actionable steps that contributed to our client gaining >10% share in the desired market.
During my sophomore spring, I worked with a prominent sustainable technology company. The client's objective was to evaluate the feasibility of integrating a new reusable packaging into their supply chain. I conducted research on various asset tracking methods and supported the analysts on my case team
As part of the MAP D-League, I was responsible for curating the 'buyer persona' and adapting the Flywheel model for our skill-based wellness program.
