Permanent Placement is a recruiting concept that takes on different perspectives for the different parties involved in the recruitment process.

While the recruiting agency, candidates and clients have distinct goals, the common thread that binds them altogether is a long-term relationship among the trilateral parties that are involved. Let us explore the three sides of the permanent placement!

Company

The need for expertise stems from our need to establish and scale our businesses. We utilize our monetary (money) and temporal (time) resources on training and settling employees in our company. While we want employees proficient in the field of interest but also would be culturally aligned with our company. This emphasis on culture fit aims to foster a positive workplace environment. The goal is to create a sense of ownership among employees, encouraging them to go above and beyond to achieve business goals. We ask for a partner that would work with us as a consultant in the "fields" of interest that we desire expertise on and an extended team member of our recruiting department serving as a helping hand in sharing the load of the rigorous and tedious recruiting process. A recruiting agency is just the partner we need at this moment to accomplish that demand of ours.
